Position Requirements Description NAPA CRNA position at The Women's Hospital in Houston, TX. Our practice provides anesthesia services at Fannin Surgicare and The Women's Hospital of Texas. The group consists of 10 anesthesiologists and 29 CRNAs who work together in a care team model, focusing on everyone having a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care excellence. Hourly Rate: Per Diem Rate: $185 per hour Case Assignments & Schedule • Schedule: Work shifts are typically Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, and no nights. • The practice consists of mainly OB cases but includes pediatric, GYN, and some cosmetics. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • Current license as a registered professional nurse • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists The Womans Hospital of Texas, $185/hour, Per Diem, CRNA EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
