Overview. Full time Nighthawk Anesthesiologist - AdventHealth Celebration. US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking a full time Nighthawk Anesthesiologist to join our growing practice at AdventHealth Celebration. Must be comfortable covering OB, cardiac, neurosurgery, vascular, and general cases!. Job Highlights. Compensation & Benefits:. • Base Salary: $500,000. • Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 (negotiable). • Weekend Coverage: $5,000 per additional weekend worked. • Give-Back Day Shifts: $300/hour. • Vacation: 10 weeks annually (can give back vacation days or volunteer for weekday shifts for additional compensation). • CME Allowance: $2,500. • Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000. • Schedule: Friday - Sunday 5pm-7a (Considered equivalent of a full FTE). • Holidays: Work holidays that fall on weekends and not selected as vacation will be worked. Qualifications. Candidate Requirements:. • M.D. or D.O. with completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency. • Board-eligible or board-certified in Anesthesiology. • Cardiac fellowship training or comfort and experience with cardiac cases. • Must meet all hospital credentialing requirements.
