Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • Proven Leadership Skills • Prior leadership experience • Strong Business Acumen • Relationship/Team building abilities • Excellent communication skills • MD or DO from an accredited institution • Completion of Anesthesiology Residency • Board Eligible or Board Certified • Current medical licensure • ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable) Brooks Memorial Hospital, $500K, $100K Sign on Incentive EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
