Envision is currently seeking a full-time, BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join the collaborative, hands-on team at Jackson North Medical Center - a 382-bed acute care center located in North Miami Beach. As part of the renowned Jackson Health System, this facility cares for the needs of the diverse residents of north Miami-Dade and south Broward counties. Jackson North Medical Center offers a variety of services including 24/7 Emergency Care, Cardiology, Neurology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Peds, Orthopedics, Gastroenterology and General Surgery. Highlights of opportunity: Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 7 Physicians and 13 CRNAs Extremely cohesive group and very supportive hospital administration Case mix includes General, Orthopedic, GI, GYN, Robotics, Urology, Neuro, OB, Healthy outpatient Peds greater than 2 years old No Cardiac or Trauma 6 OR’s plus offsite locations-Cath Lab, GI, etc. Rare in-house call - Any in-house weekend call would be $5,000+ in extra compensation OB CRNA in house coverage 24/7 $100K Start Date Bonus $445K annual income Competitive salaries with site specific financial modifier for OB and Peds Opportunity to make more if you want PTO increased to 8 & 9 weeks annually Benefits eligible day one- No waiting period! 100% company paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage Envision offers competitive compensation and a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, long-term/short-term disability, life insurance and 401(k) with match.
