Compensation & Benefits. • $500K base salary. • $25K Quality Incentive + $20K Acuity Stipend (total $545K all-in). • Cardiac anesthesiologists receive an additional $60K cardiac stipend. • 12 weeks PTO. • $90K Sign-On Bonus for up to 3-year commitment. • Full NSA benefits including 401(k) and more.
