Somnia Anesthesia, a clinician-led and physician-owned anesthesia group, is seeking CRNAs to join our growing team at Lehigh Valley Hazleton Hospital in Hazleton, PA. Compensation & Benefits:. • W2 compensation: $332,800 annually. • $160/hourly rate. • $75k in Sign-On Bonus with a 3-year commitment. • Annual Retention Bonus: $10,000. • Opportunity to earn more for serving as 2nd remote on-call backup. • 6 weeks PTO | $5,000 CME. • Health | Dental | Vision | Life | Disability | Malpractice (W2 only). • 401(k) | Flexible spending accounts. Practice Environment:. • Lehigh Valley Hazleton Hospital. • 4 ORs | 150 beds | L4 Trauma | Level 1 NICU. • 2 ORs 7 a.m.-3 p.m., 2 ORs 7 a.m.-5 p.m. • 2,600 cases | General, ortho, urology, | No hearts, heads, trauma, neuro, peds | OB (500 deliveries). • Care team model. • EMR–EPIC. Qualifications:. • Active state license. • Board certification | Board eligible if in process. • ACLS | PALS | BLS.
