About the Clinician's WorkdayThe CAA will provide anesthesia services under a medical direction model during day shifts at an operating room facility in Florida. Clinicians will work 10-hour and 12-hour shifts with a preferred 4x10 schedule, covering 40-50 hours per week with Monday and Friday attendance required and no overtime. The surgical case mix includes plastics, ENT, general surgery, bread and butter, and some thoracic procedures; pediatric and cardiac cases are not included in this assignment. No call coverage is required, and board certification is required for all clinicians in this role.
