Adventist Health Bakersfield is a 253-bed acute-care hospital serving Kern County in the southern Central Valley. Service lines include emergency care, heart care, cancer care, orthopedics, spine care, and comprehensive inpatient and outpatient surgical services. In 2023 it absorbed the former Bakersfield Heart Hospital, expanding its cardiac operating-room and catheterization capacity.
