Legacy Emanuel Medical Center is a roughly 554-bed tertiary hospital in north Portland and one of only two Level I trauma centers in Oregon. It houses the Oregon Burn Center, Randall Children's Hospital and high-risk obstetric services with a Level III NICU, giving anesthesia teams a complex trauma, burn, pediatric and OB case mix. Anesthesia is delivered under an anesthesia care team model in partnership with Oregon Anesthesiology Group across Legacy's Portland-Vancouver hospitals.
