Anesthesiologist — HCA Southeast Houston

About this position

We’re looking for a service-oriented Anesthesiologist to join the team at HCA Southeast Houston in Pasadena, TX. Located within the greater Houston metro area, HCA Southeast Houston is a multi-specialty trauma hospital that offers a broad scope of medical services. Position Highlights. • $550,000 (1099) for 39 weeks of service, 13 weeks off per year, plus Post Call Off for a total of 190 days off a year!. • $50,000 W2 Medical Director stipend plus full benefits. • Benefits include medical, dental, vision. 401(k) match on day one, CME Allowance. • This role is primarily for the OR. OB has a separate dedicated call team. • Level III trauma center with acute case types including Neuro, General, GI, Ortho, gynecology, Urology, Radiology, Vascular, etc. • Four physician rotation, with the following monthly cadence:. • 5 primary weekday call shifts (12h day followed by 12h call from home) per month with post call day off. • 5-day shifts (8-hour day) per month. • 2 primary weekend call shifts (24h shift from home) per month. • 2 secondary weekend call shifts (24h shift from home) per month. • 1 week completely off per month. • POST CALL IS OFF!. • Collaborative environment with 8 Physicians and 11 CRNAs. • Malpractice and tail coverage provided. Qualifications. • Board Certified or Board Eligible. • Recent experience in a level III trauma facility or above (within one year). • Proficiency in managing patients undergoing neurosurgery.
