CRNA Job Share Opportunity – Pratt Regional Medical Center. Pratt, KS | 25 Weeks/Year | $244,047 (1099). Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA for a job share opportunity at Pratt Regional Medical Center in Pratt, Kansas. This role offers full autonomy, strong compensation, and exceptional work-life balance with 25 weeks of coverage per year. Position Highlights:. • $244,047 (1099) for 25 weeks of coverage. • CRNA-only facility with full scope, independent practice. • Anesthesia team of 6 CRNAs with 4 on-site daily. • Beeper call from home; 1:6 rotation with post-call day off. • Case mix includes Ortho, Endo, ENT, Ophthalmology, General, OB/Gyn, Podiatry, and Urology. • New grads welcome. • Relocation assistance available.
