Position Requirements Description Per diem anesthesiologist opportunity at HSHS St. John’s Hospital, a certified Level I trauma center in Springfield, IL. Its surgery centers are considered among the most advanced of their type in the United States. Total Rewards Hourly Rate: W2 Rate: $315/hr. / 1099 Rate: $325/hr. Case Assignments • Schedule: Light call. Flexible scheduling. • General, ortho, cardiac, pediatrics, OB, and more Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • MD or DO from an accredited institution • Completion of Anesthesiology Residency • Board Eligible or Board Certified • Current medical licensure • ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable) HSHS St. John's Hospital Springfield, $315/hour, Per Diem Anesthesiologist EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
