We’re looking for a service-oriented CRNA to round-out our team at Lake Granbury Medical Center in Granbury, Texas. This is an opportunity to join a stable team of CRNAs and this opportunity won't last long. Position Highlights:. • PRN Opportunity. • Guaranteed Hours. • Different shift options available. • Case types include general bread and butter, ENT, Endo, Urology, Orthopedic and GYN split between the main OR and hospital-based ASC. • Collaborative team model. • Malpractice and tail coverage provided.
