Position Requirements Description Anesthesiologist opportunity with Shore Outpatient Surgicenter offering a high-quality, service-oriented environment for surgical procedures. This well-established facility has been open for 25 years, with many staff members working for more than 10 years. Great working environment with a supportive team and low turnover rate. The surgicenter runs 5 rooms (3 Urology and 2 GI). Anesthesia staffing is 1:2 or 1:3. Total Rewards Salary: Base: 475K Comprehensive benefits package: • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Generous paid time off: 6 weeks • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • 401(k) & Profit Sharing • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available Case Assignments • Urology and GI cases only No ortho, No spine Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • MD or DO from an accredited institution • Completion of Anesthesiology Residency • Board Eligible or Board Certified • Current medical licensure • ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable) Shore Outpatient Surgicenter, LLC, 475K EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
