Position Requirements Description We are seeking a CAA to join our team at North Knoxville. North Knoxville Medical Center is an acute care hospital. The Powell Hospital and Medical Center offers private patient rooms with dedicated family areas. In addition, the hospital has technologically advanced information and communications systems, decentralized nursing stations for better efficiency and patient care, and noise-reduction materials to provide patients with a more comfortable experience. Total Rewards Salary: $240K-$250K annually (call-taking and non-call options available) Comprehensive benefits package: • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Generous paid time off • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available Case Assignment & Schedule • Schedule: Call taking position • Orthopedics, general surgery, adult ENT, GI Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • Master’s Degree from an Accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant Program • Complies with American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants licensure guidelines North Knoxville Medical Center, $250K salary, $75K Sign-on Bonus.
