Anesthesia Associates of Willimantic (AAW) is a physician-owned and physician-managed anesthesia group founded in 1973, comprising more than 40 anesthesiologists and CRNAs. The group operates on a care-team model and staffs multiple eastern and central Connecticut facilities, including Windham Hospital, Manchester Memorial Hospital, and several ambulatory surgery and endoscopy centers.
