Position Requirements Description Bon Secours St. Mary’s Hospital is seeking a Night Float Anesthesiologist to join our group! Bon Secours Health System is a community-based, not-for-profit health organization with seven hospitals and a longstanding presence in the greater Richmond, VA, area. At Bon Secours St. Mary’s Hospital, more than 27,000 outpatient and inpatient surgeries are performed each year. The hospital has served the people of central Virginia since 1966, with a focus on delivering compassionate healthcare of the highest quality. Our practice provides anesthesia services for over 44,000 cases a year. Our group consists of 25 physicians and over 70 CRNAs covering two hospitals in the Richmond area, both with high levels of acuity. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and performing interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • MD or DO from an accredited institution • Completion of Anesthesiology Residency • Board Eligible or Board Certified • Current medical licensure • ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable) Bon Secours St Marys Hospital, $540K, $100K Sign-on Incentives, 24 weeks - 1on/1off plus 2 weeks of PTO EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
