About this position

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-orientated CRNA to join our growing team at Southwest Medical Center in Lawton, Oklahoma. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly integrated two-hospital system under Comanche County Memorial Hospital, offering strong clinical collaboration, stability, and autonomy across both sites. Position Highlights:. • $325,000 annually (1099) for a Non-Call spot. • 7 Weeks Off. • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0700–1500. • Team Model: CRNA-only, 2 providers on-site daily. • Cases: Bread and Butter. • Out of grid compensation. Qualifications:. • Board Certified. • Eligible for Oklahoma licensure. • Comfortable practicing independently in a team-based environment.
