CRNA – Woodland Heights Medical Center $325,000 (1099) for 45 Weeks. Lufkin, TX. We’re looking for a service-oriented CRNA to join the team at Woodland Heights Medical Center in Lufkin, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive, clinician-led organization focused on quality anesthesia care and professional growth. Position Highlights. • $325,000 1099 compensation for 45 weeks per year. • Diverse case mix including general surgery, orthopedic, Endo/GI, ENT (some pediatric), spine, ophthalmology, OB/GYN, and CV. • Approximately 700–800 OB deliveries annually. • Call rotation 1:7. • Join a tenured, collegial team of experienced CRNAs. • Malpractice and tail coverage provided. Qualifications. • Board Certified CRNA. • Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred (training available if needed). • Must hold an active Texas CRNA APRN license. • Strong clinical skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
