Advocate Health invites experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our esteemed Anesthesiology Team at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital , located in the vibrant community of Park Ridge, Illinois . Position Highlights:
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexible 8-, 10-& 12-hour shifts.

What You’ll Do:
As a valued member of our healthcare team, the CRNA will play a key role in team-focused patient care, providing anesthesia using safe and quality techniques during procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Conducting pre-anesthesia assessments and developing individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Administering anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural settings.
• Monitoring patient status throughout the perioperative period.
• Collaborating with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing teams, and procedural staff.
• Participating in post-anesthesia evaluations and patient recovery planning.
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Supporting Advocate Health's commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
The clinician functions under the regulatory mandate from their respective licensing organization with departmental specific credentialing from the institution.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
License/Registration/Certification Required : ​
• Active RN, and APRN/APRN-FPA/APNP or other APRN license(s) in state(s) of practice, AND
• Active national board certification as CRNA by nationally certifying board (NBCRNA).
• Active DEA registration prior to hire
• Active ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by clinical site/practice and/or role prior to or within 6 months of hire
Education Required : ​ ​Master’s Degree in Nursing
Experience Required : No experience required. Experienced CRNAs and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
