Davis Medical Center is an 80-bed acute care hospital in Elkins and the flagship of the independent, non-profit Davis Health System, providing acute inpatient, outpatient, surgical, emergency, and specialty physician services to the north-central highlands region. The hospital recently added a large expansion to streamline access to ancillary and specialty services. Its anesthesia department is staffed by facility-employed anesthesiologists and CRNAs (not a national contract-management group).
