Position Requirements Description Leadership Opportunity for a Full Time Chief CRNA at the Surgery Center of Naples, in beautiful Naples, Florida. The Surgery Center of Naples is an Ambulatory Surgical Center of America Company. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • Current license as a registered professional nurse • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists Surgery Center of Naples, $230K, Additional Chief Stipend, $75K Sign On Incentives for 3 year commitment EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
