Position Requirements Description Looking for anesthesiologists to join Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Whiteville, NC, a family-oriented community. New Compensation package just announced! Founded in 1935, the not-for-profit Columbus Regional Healthcare System (CRHS) started as a 12-bed hospital in a Victorian home in Whiteville. Today, the modern 154-bed facility of CRHS is known for its skilled and dedicated medical providers, who represent a range of specialties. Our group consists of four anesthesiologists and eight CRNAs who work together in a care team model. Our care team model means that we focus on giving everyone a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping them to deliver care excellence. Early out next day for the Physician who has been on call. • Call averages every third night and every third weekend. • Call from home, no nighttime labor epidurals and very low utilization. • General, peds, vascular, robotic, urologic, orthopedic, OB and gynecologic surgery Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine • Fellowship Trained in Pediatric Anesthesiology • ECFMG and FLEX • Completion of approved residency in anesthesia • Currently licensed as a physician Columbus Regional, $525K, $75K Sign on Incentive EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
