Job Requirements • Providers must be willing to work at both University and Memorial campuses • Providers seeking Endoscopy or Surgery Center-only assignments will not be considered • Minimum 1 year of CRNA work experience required • Open to providers with or without an active Massachusetts license The department includes approximately 160 anesthesia providers from diverse backgrounds delivering advanced perioperative care across seven clinical sites: • 3 hospitals • 2 ambulatory surgery centers • 2 GI/endoscopy centers Practice Details: • CRNAs are medically supervised • NBCRNA certification required • Board Certification required • No AAs utilized within the practice • CRNAs do not perform regional anesthesia (handled by physicians) • No call responsibilities Facility Locations: • University Campus – Worcester (Level 1 Trauma) • Memorial Campus – Worcester (General + OB) • Hahnemann Campus – Worcester (General) • ASC Surgery Center – Shrewsbury (Ambulatory) • Additional Marlborough and Endoscopy sites OR & Staffing Overview: • Memorial Campus: 16 ORs • University Campus: 13 ORs + NORA sites • Hahnemann: 8 ORs • ASC: 8 ORs • Marlborough/Endoscopy Sites: 8 ORs • Typically 8–12 CRNAs working concurrently Scheduling: • Flexible start and end times • 24/7 coverage model • Shift options include: • 12-hour • 16-hour • 18-hour • 24-hour shifts EMR: • EPIC Work Experience CRNAs are integrated members of a large, collaborative anesthesia care team supporting a broad and complex case mix across multiple surgical specialties including: • Transplant • ENT • Trauma • Neurosurgery • Cardiac • Orthopedics
