Integrated Anesthesia Associates (IAA) is Connecticut's largest independent, physician-owned private-practice/academic-hybrid anesthesia group, with more than 200 physician members and roughly 300 CRNAs providing anesthesia across 8 hospitals and 20+ ambulatory centers statewide as a strategic partner of Hartford HealthCare. IAA runs its own Nurse Anesthesia Program of Hartford. It is recruiting full-time and part-time CRNAs and physician anesthesiologists, with subspecialty case exposure spanning cardiac, transplant, trauma, neuro, obstetrics, pediatrics/neonatal, regional anesthesia, and chronic pain.
