Mountain View Hospital (MVH) is a physician-owned facility in southeastern Idaho recognized for same-day surgery, with 12 ORs, a dedicated endoscopy suite, and a robust regional anesthesia program performing 250-300 nerve blocks per month (general, ortho, ENT, OB/GYN, and more). MVH also has a Level II NICU and 40+ affiliated clinics. CRNAs join a collaborative care team of 30 CRNAs and 4 physician anesthesiologists supporting both MVH and Idaho Falls Community Hospital (Level III trauma). Up to $300,000 base, up to $65,000 sign-on, up to $10,000 relocation (3-yr commitment, all negotiable); partnership pathway and productivity bonus. New grads welcome; full reimbursement of AANA/IDANA dues, NBCRNA cert, ID licenses, and DEA.
