The peritoneal dialysis unit, one of just 91 in the United States, is recognized nationally. PRIME St. Mary’s Kankakee has a state-of-the-art Family Birthing Center dedicated to expectant and new parents. Working together in a collegial environment, the anesthesia team provides services for four operating rooms daily. These clinicians include two medical doctors and five CRNAs working in our care team model. This care team model means that we focus on ensuring that everyone has a voice while supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care excellence. Total Rewards Salary: $300K Sign on Incentive: $100K Comprehensive benefits package: • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Generous paid time off • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available Case Assignments & Schedule • Schedule: 8’s, 10’s, 12’s available • No call – light beeper call available • Ortho, GI, Urology, and General Surgery; opportunity to perform peripheral nerve blocks Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements • Current license as a registered professional nurse • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists Prime St Marys Hospital, $300K, $100K Sign-on Incentive EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
