MACMACPosition Requirements Description Night Float CRNA opportunity 7 nights on 7 nights off schedule in Austin, TX with Austin Anesthesiology Group (AAG). AAG offers a flexible schedule in various surgical settings. Our diverse group is composed of anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and CAAs who provide anesthesia services in a care team model; team members are exposed to a wide variety of complex cases. CRNAs do their own spinals; as well as epidurals and arterial lines on a case-by-case basis. • Pre-anesthesia assessment • Obtains and/or verifies patient consent • Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient • Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition • Performance of clinical intervention as needed Requirements • Schedule: Night shift (11p-7a)- 7 on, 7 off • Current license as a registered professional nurse • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists Salary: $300K Sign-on Incentives (Bonus with/without retention, Training Assistance, or Loan Repayment): $100K, No additional PTO EEO Statement North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
