About this position

Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is recruiting CAAs into the Division of Multi-Specialty Anesthesiology in support of the Neurological Institute expansion (opening 2027 — largest building on Main Campus). Role supports complex neurological procedures plus broad surgical specialty coverage in an Anesthesia Care Team model. Schedule: full-time, variable shift, multiple scheduling options, infrequent weekend/holiday obligations, in-house call only 4-5 times per year (3pm-7am). 3-5 years of CAA experience in hospital inpatient high-acuity environment strongly preferred. Compensation package includes sign-on bonus (new grad and experienced), student loan repayment, employer-paid malpractice, 5.5% retirement match plus 2.5% employer-funded pension, PSLF-eligible employer, relocation reimbursement, parental leave, and tuition support.
